To set up a Direct Debit online, you will need to provide the following information:
- Your personal details (such as your name, address, phone number and email address)
- Your bank account details (which can be found for example on your bank statement)
- Your customer number and schedule number (which can be found at the top of your bill)
In order to set one up, the bank or building society account must be in your name and you must be the only signatory required to authorise the Direct Debit.
